Reka Buana : Jurnal Ilmiah Teknik Sipil dan Teknik Kimia, ISSN 2503-2682 (online), ISSN 2503-3654 (print), is a scientific journal that publishes articles in the field of Chemical Engineering and Civil Engineering.

[2016] This journal was first published in March 2016. The journal has an ISSN number (print and online) in the September 2016 Volume 1 Number 2 edition.
[2017] In January 2017 The journal server is damaged and down, so that most of article journal entries were lost. But it has been re-uploaded after the server repaired and replaced from rekabuana.unitri.ac.id to become jurnal.unitri.ac.id/index.php/rekabuana

[2018] In 2018 Reka Buana : Jurnal Ilmiah Teknik Sipil dan Teknik Kimia, revised the Policies, Author's Guidelines and Manuscript Template. Since October 2018, this journal has been accredited “Rank 5”(Peringkat 5) as a scientific journal under the decree of the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education of the Republic of Indonesia, Decree SK : 30 / E / KPT / 2018 on October 24, 2018.

[2019] In 2019, Reka Buana : Jurnal Ilmiah Teknik Sipil dan Teknik Kimia has update editorial team, such as add more new editors and reviewers.

[2020] In 2020, has update editorial team such as change in editor in chief. Starting in 2020 Reka Buana : Jurnal Ilmiah Teknik Sipil dan Teknik Kimia Editor in Chief is Kun Aussieanita Mediaswanti, Ph.D
[2021] Starting in 2021, Reka Buana : Jurnal Ilmiah Teknik Sipil dan Teknik Kimia, revised the Author's Guidelines and Manuscript Template. In the March 2021 edition of volume 6 number 1, the rekabuana journal template was updated, changed from the template / layout of the previous edition.
