FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI AFFECTIVE COMMITMENT PADA KARYAWAN DI BANDARA INTERNASIONAL SOEKARNO-HATTA (TANGERANG, BANTEN)

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari Job Demands, Job Crafting, dan Employee Engagement terhadap Affective Commitment pada karyawan yang berada di kawasan Bandara Internasional Soekarno-Hatta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 175 responden dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Pengujian hipotesis ini dilakukan dengan metode Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan bantuan software AMOS. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa Job Demands terdapat pengaruh positif terhadap Job Crafting, Job Crafting terdapat pengaruh positif terhadap Employee Engagement dan Employee Engagament terdapat pengaruh positif terhadap Affective Commitment.
