Abstract

Abstract: This paper is aimed to describe and to analyze the reward and punishment system in order to increase Kudus State Treasury Offices employee’s discipline. The discussions show that Kudus State Treasury Offices employee’s discipline is greater on time and/or act after reward and punishment system implemented. The increasing Kudus State Treasury Offices employee’s discipline on time and/or act is seen from their greater regularity of works and their accuracy and speed of doing tasks.

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis sistem pemberian reward dan punishment dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan pegawai di Lingkungan Kementerian Keuangan, terutama di Kantor Pelayanan Perbendaharaan Negara/KPPN Kudus. Hasil pembahasan menunjukkan bahwa setelah adanya pelaksanaan pemberian reward dan punishment, kedisiplinan pegawai KPPN Kudus semakin meningkat, baik dalam disiplin waktu maupun disiplin perbuatan. Adapun peningkatan disiplin waktu maupun disiplin perbuatan pegawai KPPN Kudus terlihat dari meningkatnya disiplin dan keteraturan kerja pegawai KPPN Kudus, serta ketepatan dan kecepatan waktu pegawai KPPN Kudus dalam melaksanakan pekerjaan.
