KAITAN ANTARA KEMAMPUAN IBU DALAM MENSTIMULASI PERKEMBANGAN PSIKOSOSIAL OTONOMIDENGAN SEPARATION ANXIETY PADA TODDLER

Abstract

Toddler merupakan tahapan perkembangan psikososial kedua setelah infant dimana berada pada rentang usia 18 bulan sampai 36 bulan. Agar tidak terjadi kegagalan dalam melewati tahap perkembangan psikososial otonomi versus ragu-ragu atau malu maka diperlukan pemberian stimulasi yang baik. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan kemampuan ibu menstimulasi perkembangan psikososial otonomi dengan separation anxiety pada anak toddler. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain observasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Penelitian dilakukan di Desa Kemantren, Kecamatan Jabung, Kabupaten Malang. Teknik yang digunakan untuk pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah accidental sampling dengan jumlah sampel yang dididapatkan sebanyak 168 responden. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengukur kemampuan ibu merupakan modifikasi dari Infant-Toddler Child Care HOME Inventory. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengukur separation anxiety merupakan modifikasi dari Spence Children Anxiety Scale dan Preschool Anxiety Scale. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah spearman rank dengan hasil secara statistik ada hubungan yang bermakna antara kemampuan ibu menstimulasi perkembangan psikososial otonomi dengan separation anxiety pada toddler dengan nilai p= 0,000 (p<0,005). Direkomendasikan kelompok BKB (Bina Keluarga Balita) perlu diadakan di setiap Posyandu sebagai pusat pelayanan dan pusat belajar bagi ibu-ibu mengenai deteksi dini dan stimulasi perkembangan.
