PENGARUH PENYULUHAN KESEHATAN TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN IBU DALAM MENSTIMULASI PERKEMBANGAN PSIKOSOSIAL OTONOMI TODDLER

Abstract

Masalah kesehatan khususnya perkembangan psikososial menjadi salah satu masalah yang perlu untuk diperhatikan, sehingga perlu upaya peningkatan kesehatan sepanjang rentang kehidupan. Masa kritis yang memerlukan stimulasi diantaranya yaitu usia toddler atau kanak-kanak. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah memperoleh gambaran tentang Pengaruh Penyuluhan Kesehatan terhadap Kemampuan Ibu dalam Menstimulasi Perkembangan Psikososial Otonomi Toddler. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah pre experimental design dengan pendekatan pre-post test.. Teknik yang digunakan untuk pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah simple random sampling dengan didapatkan 26 sampel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan skor kemampuan ibu dalam menstimulasi perkembangan psikososial otonomi sebelum dan sesudah diberikan penyuluhan kesehatan dengan nilai p 0,09 (p>0,05). Kemampuan ibu dalam menstimulasi perkembangan psikososial otonomi ini dapat meningkat secara signifikan dengan pertemuan penyuluhan kesehatan dilakukan lebih dari 1 (satu) kali dalam waktu yang cukup untuk bisa mempraktikkan cara-cara stimulasi secara langsung yang diajarkan perawat
