PENINGKATAN BONDING ATTACHMENT BAYI PREMATUR DENGAN MELIBATKAN ORANG TUA DALAM ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN SEBAGAI BENTUK TINDAKAN CARING YANG DILAKUKAN PERAWAT

Abstract

Bonding attachment merupakan suatu proses jangka panjang yang terjadi antara orang tua dan anak untuk menjalin kedekatan antara keduanya. Hal ini dapat ditingkatkan melalui proses caring yang diberikan perawat selama menjalani perawatan di Rumah Sakit. Penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi deskriptif dengan menggunakan teknik Purpossive Sampling yang bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi secara mendalam pengalaman orang tua dalam meningkatkan bonding attachment melalui tindakan caring perawat. .Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara mendalam dan dianalisis dengan metode Colaizzi. Hasil analisis data didapatkan adanya keterlibatan orang tua dalam proses asuhan keperawatan. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan bonding attachment antara orang tua dan bayi serta orang tua akan lebih memahami perawatan yang seharusnya diberikan terhadap bayi premature.
