HUBUNGAN ANTARA KEMAMPUAN IBU DALAM MENSTIMULASI PERKEMBANGAN PSIKOSOSIAL OTONOMI YANG DIBERIKAN KELOMPOK TERAPEUTIK DENGAN SEPARATION ANXIETY PADA TODDLER

Abstract

Perkembangan psikososial menjadi salah satu masalah yang perlu untuk diperhatikan, sehingga perlu upaya peningkatan kesehatan sepanjang rentang kehidupan. Masa kritis yang memerlukan perhatian diantaranya yaitu usia toddler yang merupakan usia rentan mengalami separation anxiety. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah memperoleh gambaran tentang hubungan kemampuan ibu dalam menstimulasi perkembangan psikososial otonomi toddler yang diberikan kelompok terapeutik dengan separation anxiety pada toddler. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah korelasi. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah simple random sampling dengan 25 sampel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada hubungan yang bermakna antara kemampuan ibu menstimulasi perkembangan psikososial otonomi dengan separation anxiety pada toddler nilai p 0,009 (p value < 0,05) dan nilai r = -0,513 yang menunjukkan kekuatan hubungan sedang dimana semakin baik kemampuan ibu, maka semakin menurun kecemasan berpisah pada toddler. Kemampuan ibu dalam menstimulasi perkembangan psikososial otonomi ini supaya dipertahankan dan ditingkatkan agar toddler dapat mencapai perkembangan optimal terhindar dari separation anxiety.
